Soak in the hot tub while taking in the sounds of the forest. 5 min to Ithaca College, 7 min to downtown Ithaca, 10 minutes to Cornell. Guest access There is ample driveway parking. You will have the entire house and property to yourself. Contact host for area recommendations specific to your interests. Other things to note Maximum number of adults is six. The twin bedroom is *only intended for children*. Forest House has its own well and septic system. The maximum number of guests is firm due to the septic capacity. There is an owner-installed zip line near the fire pit. It is only for children 75lbs or less. Guests accept risk & liability of using the zip line.
