Small Country Home on Quiet County Road

This is a small two bed one bath cottage with comfortable outdoor spacing including a huge front yard with pine trees. It is located in a secluded area with cattle and deer. The home is approximately 12miles from Loop 286 in Paris where you can visit The Paris Eiffel Tower Paris Veteran's Memorial Downtown shops & boutiques Sundae in Paris and more! You are minutes from Pat Mayse Lake, Red River & crossing into Oklahoma. The space This is an entire home in the country just a few houses from the end of a dead end road. It tends to be an quiet area great for relaxing. The home was built in 1963 and has had many updates but you can still tell it's age in areas by a few squeaks and creaks. Despite it's age, we make sure the home is always extremely clean and as comfortable as possible. The front yard is very large with a lot of space to spread out. The driveway and parking area are currently shared while you are visiting with a long term renter living in the apartment in the back yard. The left covered parking space is reserved for them and you have the parking on the right. There is plenty of driveway space available if you happen to have extra vehicles. Guest access You have access to the entire home and yards. Other things to note We are currently adding a small U-Pick Strawberry patch to the pasture behind the house. During the months of March, April and May, you will share your driveway with U-Pick guests. This will not block your entrance or take your parking but we want you to be aware. Also, please be mindful of paying the pet fee if you bring a pet(the fee is automatically added if you add your pet when you enter guests). We have had several guest not pay a pet fee but obviously had an animal in the home. It costs us more to hire cleaning when there is animal hair to remove from the home. We do not want to have to go up on the base price to cover just in case every guest brings a pet so please do your part!
