PLEASE NOTE: 2 adults may stay, along with 2 children under 16, per building rules. Only 2 adults are able to check in, however short-term guests are allowed. Guest access You’ll have full private access to everything in the unit, the private balcony, rooftop pool, gym and sauna, outdoor hot tubs, the mall in the building, valet, parking garage and marina upon request, and of course all facilities at the park. Other things to note The building requires an application for monthly guests, $50 per adult for background check. This applies to everyone in the building to make sure you are safe during your time here.
