Exclusive villa "Poggio Sul Belbo" between the vineyards on top of a hill with breathtaking views. Ideal for families or different families. The villa features all modern amenities such as WiFi and air conditioning. In the main house there are 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is also an outbuilding with 1 large bedroom with desk and a bathroom. For those looking for peace and quiet, with restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes. Centrally located for outings to Barolo, Alba, etc. The space We ourselves come to our second stay with our children and our parents. There are three bedrooms (with bathroom) on the ground floor so our parents don't have to use stairs. The large garden is wonderfully cool in summer for small (and large) feet. Plenty of room to romp, play with a ball or sunbathe in the grass with a wide view of the surrounding hills. Good to know: rooms 4 and 5 (with two single beds) are communicating with a connecting door. Ideal for parents with children, for example. We have lovingly decorated the villa with a mix of modern pieces and exquisite items from antique markets. Guest access The entire house and annex are exclusively available to our guests. Because it used to be a B&B, four rooms are almost identical in size + bathroom. The annex (room 6) is a separate area with an even larger room and desk overlooking the garden.
