For the comfort of all guests, we ask that pets stay off the furniture, particularly the beds. Guests are responsible for picking up after pet waste in front yard. Home can sleep up to 10 guests but there is a $25 extra guest fee of over 6 guests, per night to help cover added utilities, cleaning, supplies and wear. Please note that scuffs, dings, scratches and stains may exist on the property that were not photographed. We repaint & replace items often but cannot between every guest. During your visit, you may encounter our diligent team members tending to various tasks around the property, such as gardening or trash removal. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities for your enjoyment. Please note that power outages and wildlife encounters are a normal part of mountain living. A refund will not be given if you experience any but not limited to, power or internet outage. We HIGHLY encourage guests to come prepared with extra food, water, firewood and essentials. The host is not responsible for outages, wildlife, or their impact during your stay. We strive to keep our home exactly as pictured, but from time to time, a décor item or piece of furniture may be replaced with a similar item of equal or better quality. We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for BBQ might be low or empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tank, and we will reimburse the cost of the purchase Oops! If you leave something behind note that there is a convenience fee of $40 for handling and preparing your belongings for shipment. Additionally, the cost of shipping and packing at UPS will be added to the total amount.
