The space The space is two bedrooms, one bathroom, a queen bed in the main guest room, and a twin over full bunk bed in the second guest bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen for making waffles before a day of exploring or cooking your fresh fish caught after your day on the lake. If you don’t feel like cooking, try several of the eateries nearby. Please note this is a second-story apartment which is only accessible by stairs. Guest access Access to the apartment is by the stairs on the side of the building. You will receive a keypad access code before arrival for the entry door. Other things to note There is plenty of space for boat parking on the apartment property. If you are bringing your boat, Douglas Dock is 1.2 miles away. No boat, no problem; there are several marinas nearby if you want to rent a boat, relax on the water, and enjoy looking at the Smokey Mountains off in the distance. You can even take the time to visit some restaurants along the shoreline and enjoy a bite. Smart televisions are in all rooms with complimentary access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN. You will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay. Parking is available next to the building on an asphalt pad with a sign stating guest parking and boat trailer parking. There is no dishwasher in the apartment. This is a second-story apartment that is only accessible by stairs.
