The 172-m² (1,850 sq. ft.) vacation home, spread over 3 floors, is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults + 1 child (max. 3 years old) and stylishly and modernly furnished. It features a kitchen-living room with adjoining terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a Finnish sauna with an infrared cabin. • Ground floor: The spacious, bright living area invites you to linger. Here, you will find a comfortable sofa with armchairs, a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings, and a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals and spending time together. The modern kitchen has an open-plan design and is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a box-spring bed. Opposite is the small bathroom with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. In front of the vacation home, there are two furnished terraces from which you can enjoy a gorgeous view of Usedom’s untouched natural surroundings. One terrace even has its own beach chair. • Upstairs: Upstairs are the two other bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a box-spring bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and hairdryer. The other bathroom also has a box spring bed. The additional bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. A special highlight here is your own Finnish sauna with an infrared cabin. In the utility room, you will find a washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron, and a travel crib, which is available for children up to 3 years of age. • Attic: In the attic, you will find an open gallery where you can retreat to the cozy sofa to read or work at the desk. Wi-Fi is available via a router. A high chair can be rented from the property manager. As there are only a limited number available, we ask that you register in advance. A garden shed is available for storing bicycles. Two parking spaces are also available to you. The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a central ventilation system with heat recovery, ensuring a consistently comfortable living environment at all times. Sauna towels are not included in the price but can be booked with the property manager for a fee. Pets are not allowed. The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price.
