The space This apartment displays some accessibility features such as direct access from the street (no stairs). Entrance and doors that measure over 32 inches wide. Bathroom doors measure 28 inches wide. Guest access Self check-in via lockbox. You will have full access to your apartment and the shared laundry room. The downstairs patio area is currently restricted. Other things to note Details to note before your stay at Casa Ramé: • Hot Showers 🚿 Showers are equipped with on-demand heaters for your comfort. Bathroom and kitchen sinks run on cool water, a common feature in Puerto Rico. Please note that hot water is unavailable during power outages. • Electricity ⚡ Casa Ramé does not have a generator. While outages are occasional and typically brief, they offer a gentle invitation to slow down and enjoy the natural rhythm of island life. • Septic System 🚽 Our home uses a sensitive septic system. We kindly ask that only human waste be flushed. A bin is provided for all other items, as is customary in many island homes. • Shared Balcony 👣 The balcony serves as a shared walkway to the laundry area and staff room. You may occasionally see others passing through, though your apartment remains fully private. • Laundry Access A shared washer and dryer are available on-site during designated hours. Guests are welcome to bring their preferred detergent. • Extended Stays Longer stays may be available upon request.
