Description

Private 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom guesthouse in my backyard. The guesthouse has it's own entrance so you can come and go at your leisure. We live in a cozy neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Walking distance to Bartholomew Park, Hank’s, CVS, Torchy's Tacos, HEB, MOD Pizza, JuiceLand, Starbucks and more. 20 minutes driving to Zilker Park. 10 minutes to Downtown. 10 minutes to UT. 20 minutes to the airport. The #10 bus is a 5 minute walk.
