Ideal for both holidays and remote working, it accommodates up to 3 guests and features a bedroom, a bathroom and a Smart TV, as well as all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on the island. Set within a peaceful residential complex with a communal swimming pool and gym, the property is designed for relaxation and convenience. It offers 100 Mb fibre optic internet, ideal for remote work or staying connected. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and kitchenware. The bedroom has a double bed, and the spacious living room features a sofa bed with direct access to the terrace. The building also offers a lift and private parking space, and is conveniently located close to shops and services, just a 7-minute drive from Las Canteras Beach. Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer and all basic amenities are provided for a hassle-free stay. The communal swimming pool is open from 9:00 to 22:00 (schedule may vary, please check with the concierge). The paddle tennis court can be reserved for up to one hour per day via the concierge. House rules must be respected. Please note that improvement works are currently taking place in the community, so some noise may be expected. The garage is not currently available. Check-in after 10:00 PM carries an additional fee depending on arrival time. On 24 and 31 December, an extra surcharge applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
