Air-conditioned villa, quiet with pool and garden

Villa with traditional swimming pool with a scalable bottom up to 2.20 m, facing south on a large wooded garden, located in a quiet and green subdivision. The villa is air-conditioned and has large covered terraces, as well as a blind to protect from the sun. Located 5 km from the beaches of Fréjus, between Cannes and Saint Tropez. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS The space We live in this villa year-round and are freeing it up for a few weeks this summer. Our villa offers the advantage of being well equipped and comfortable because it is lived in all year round. It was completely renovated in 2017-2018, fully air-conditioned, it is regularly maintained. Recent and quality bedding in all rooms, 3 bedrooms have double beds in 160 x 200, closets, 1 bedroom with sofa bed BZ in 140 (quality bedding). All the comforts are there: gas barbecue, pool deckchairs, garden furniture, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, ping pong table... Bed linen and towels provided. Possibility to park 2 cars in the garden (entrance side).
