Air-conditioned villa, quiet with pool and garden

Villa with a traditional pool with an adjustable depth of up to 2.20 m (7.2 ft), facing south, set in a large wooded garden, located in a quiet and green residential area. The villa is air-conditioned and has large covered terraces, as well as an awning to provide protection from the sun. Located 5 km from the beaches of Fréjus, between Cannes and Saint Tropez. The villa and pool are entirely for your use. NO PARTIES OR EVENINGS The space We live in this villa all year long and free it up for a few weeks this summer. Our villa offers the advantage of being well equipped and comfortable as it lives all year round. It was completely renovated in 2018, is fully air-conditioned, and is regularly maintained. Recent and quality bedding in all bedrooms, 3 bedrooms have double beds in 160 x 200, closets, 1 bedroom with sofa bed BZ in 140 (quality bedding). All amenities are provided: gas griddle, poolside deck chairs, garden furniture, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, ping pong table, etc. Towels and bed linen provided. Possibility to park 2 cars in the garden (entrance side).
