The large windowed sleeping area has a double bed and a single bed; 2 bathrooms with shower, walk-in closet, storage room, laundry area. The space The spacious and comfortable ground-floor apartment, with a mix of antique and modern, comfortably accommodates 5 people; it overlooks Via Guelfa with two large windows with anti-intrusion protection, and consists of an entrance to a spacious living room with exposed beams with a kitchenette and equipped dining area, a double sofa bed, and a 32" HD wall-mounted TV corner. The large windowed sleeping area houses a double bed + a large single bed; bathroom with French window complete with shower, walk-in closet, as well as storage room and laundry area. In addition, a second full bathroom with shower. All bed linen is also provided, as well as duvets and terry towels for the bathrooms. All furniture, equipment and appliances are completely new. Guest access THE APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY SANITIZED BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF A NEW GUEST TO WHOM WE PROVIDE DISINFECTANT GEL AT THE ENTRANCE. ALL BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE TREATED WITH SANITIZING PRODUCTS AND WASHED AT HIGH TEMPERATURES. THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND ITS SPLIT UNITS HAVE ALSO BEEN THOROUGHLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED. Other things to note The historic center of Florence is a traffic-restricted zone (ZTL), and therefore there are special rules for accessing or parking in this area. The apartment is located within the ZTL area. If you want to use the car to drive around the city, we advise you to pay particular attention to the road signs in order to avoid unpleasant fines and to contact private garages in the center (i.e. the one closest to the house) in order to obtain a temporary access permit. As soon as you arrive at the garage, if you specify that you need access to the ZTL, the garage will communicate the license plate of your car to the police to avoid fines in that section.
