The entire space will be available to you and your group. We provide complimentary access to Netflix on a wonderful 50” Smart TV, which is already logged into a guest account. We provide complimentary tea and coffee for all guests. This accommodation also comes with free secure parking. Please note that key collection would be at a different address than the apartment. We provide full access to the house and facilities. All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, driver's license, pay a refundable damage deposit fee of £150 & sign the Terms & Conditions. Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorized late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused upon your stay by not following house rules.
