Organized in two distinct parts - the House and the Barn - La Médiation is ideal for 2 families or a group of friends traveling together while wishing to preserve their privacy. All will meet in the vast garden with many romantic corners & around the beautiful fenced private pool. The space LA GRANGE (2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, for 4-5 guests) ******************************************* The result of a successful marriage between the charm of the old and modern comfort, the Grange offers a large and bright living and social space, of the "loft" type: * Widely open to the outside thanks to its large bay window, the dining room has a large wooden table for indoor dining. * Arranged along the entire length of the room, the perfectly equipped kitchen will allow you to cook the delicious products of Périgord brought back from nearby local markets. Its household appliances, cooking equipment and dishes are more than generous in number. A few small steps lead to the first sleeping area below. The corridor successively serves: * A functional bathroom with bathtub, shower wall, sink, toilet and storage column. * A first bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, chairs and pedestal table, huge built-in closet with wardrobe. Its large window opens widely onto the garden and the terrace area at the front of the house. * A second bedroom with three single beds (two of which can be joined to form a large double bed), nice dresser, chairs and large closet/wardrobe. * From the dining area, the large wooden staircase leads to the large living room upstairs, with equally generous volumes and similarly bathed in light. It is elegantly furnished with two large leather sofas, two armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo. * The mezzanine running the full length of the barn, offers a play area for children (a multitude of children's books, comics, board games are left at their disposal) and allows access to the second part of the property. From the living room, the new wooden staircase leads to the upper floor that has just been refurbished. Its landing serves: * Two bedrooms each offering 3 single beds (2 beds that can be joined to form a large double bed in each bedroom), bedside tables, armchairs and dressers with drawers. * They share a brand new bathroom with circular shower, sink and toilet. A laundry area with washing machine and ironing kit is located in the basement of the House, and completes the perfect equipment of the house. EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION ********************** * The garden of more than 1500 m² is organized into different spaces, each more romantic than the last. The large orchard, near the pool, offers a space for grazing and indulgence where children can play and enjoy good summer fruits. * The main terrace, at the front of the property, has a large wooden table and 12 seats. * The second covered terrace, at the front of the House, is also ideal for outdoor dining. * The beautiful private pool is reserved for your sole and exclusive use. Measuring 10 m x 4 m, it is equipped with a submerged alarm and is fully fenced for the optimal safety of small vacationers. You will spend delicious moments of "relaxation" comfortably installed in the deckchairs and in the shade of the parasols, while contemplating the panoramic view of the valley that is available to you. * The courtyard at the front of the property allows two vehicles to be parked.
