Take in the beautiful gulf views from the upper balcony while you enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful AMI sunsets. The property is easily accessible by all with an elevator that accesses all three levels of the property. The open concept living area provides plenty of space for your entire group! Beachview Retreat offers an abundance of space to take in the beautiful Florida weather with large balconies on the main and upper floors. The ground level outdoor space includes outdoor dining with a TV, lounge seating, a ping pong table, and a propane grill. Easily walk or ride bikes to Pine Avenue for plenty of shopping and delicious eats! Enjoy use of the FREE Anna Maria Trolley with stops located within a 3 minute walk of your front door! An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted.
