Family Friendly - Entire Guest suite

The lower level of our single family home is perfect for families of all kinds . It will give you all the comforts of home, including a spacious backyard, free parking, full-size kitchen, trampoline, fire pit, and a basketball hoop! Our home is 10 mins or less from: the Milwaukee County Zoo, Am Fam Field, STATE FAIR PARK; 15-25 min to downtown, Lake Michigan, numerous inland lakes including Pewaukee; 20 mins to airport; 35 mins to Alpine Valley & 15 MINS TO SUMMERFEST! The space You’ll have a private rear entrance to the lower level of our home (requires navigating Stone steps or grassy incline pictured in photo). This recently updated space includes a full kitchen, full bathroom with small shower, living room with TV, WiFi, Netflix/Hulu/Disney+ access, and a large bedroom that can sleep up to six adults or children. You will have shared access to a beautiful backyard that includes a fire pit, basketball hoop, and yard games. In addition, there is free parking for two cars on our parking pad. Guest access You'll want a car to get to our home and access all that the Milwaukee area and Lake Country has to offer. Please note that to access the private entrance, you will need to move down a series of stone steps OR walk down a grassy incline. Unfortunately The space is not currently wheelchair accessible nor recommended for guests with any mobility concerns. Other things to note Please be aware that our family lives upstairs, including two young boys and young mini Goldendoodle. When we are all home at the same time, you will be hearing the noise that comes from family life. It is generally quiet at night (about 10:30-8:00am), but we can't guarantee you won't hear a child then either. :) Please note that we do NOT have cable/live TV in our home, but we have full array of streaming services. Because of having our own young dog, we are not making exceptions to the NO PET policy as we anticipate our dog would not handle an animal downstairs very well. Note: our dog is hypoallergenic and spends very little time downstairs so, while I anticipate allergy sufferers should not encounter problems renting this space, I cannot guarantee that.
