Nearby is golf, wineries, Big Trees State Park, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Home is not child proofed so use caution booking for kiddos under 2 The space You'll love this delightful, sunny, light and bright home conveniently located for easy walking to surf, shops and cafes while centrally located to the wider range of Santa Cruz county amenities. If you prefer to chill at home, you can prepare your own meals in the well stocked, sparkling clean kitchen offering filtered sink water, full size refrigerator/freezer, GE gas stove and every amenity. Coffee, tea selections, half & half and sugar are always provided as well as basic oils and spices you might need. Enjoy the sunny fenced backyard with your morning coffee or in the evening sit by the gas fire-pit after a day of relaxing at the beach or sightseeing out and about. There is on-site parking for 3 cars plus more non-dedicated street parking. The spacious garage/game room is where you'll find 4 beach cruiser bikes, helmets, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for your use. Stash your surfboards and bikes for easy access and worry free storage. Raining or foggy? No problem...cozy up and read in front of the gas fireplace, play games or enjoy the Samsung TV offering Hulu Live TV, a million movies, apps to utilize your subscriptions to for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney network etc. The Portola Beach House is the perfect location for your romantic interlude, a stress free get-away or a home base to explore Santa Cruz and the greater Monterey Bay area. You'll love it here! Guest access My beach house, garage/game room and fenced backyard is a private property that you will have full access to. Other things to note IF you will be needing the blow up bed, please let me know ahead of time and I will be happy to set up for you, otherwise, it will not be on site. There is no A/C as it is very rarely needed in Santa Cruz. There are 2 portable fans and the windows provide excellent ventilation in case you need it. I offer a Firm cancellation policy. All refunds are given in conformance with that policy. Airbnb strongly recommends (CFAR - Cancel for any reason) travel insurance. When your are booking, Airbnb will be give you the option to add travel insurance. Just look for the "Add Travel Insurance" on your booking confirmation page.
