The holiday village Öfingen is located in a wonderful location on a steeply sloping foothill of the southern Black Forest. It offers a wonderful view over the Baar plateau, which is about 600-900 meters above sea level, with the city of Donaueschingen up to the Feldberg and the Bernese Alps. Each of the 130 holiday homes in different sizes, from about 40 to 90 m², has 1 to 2 bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 hotplates... The kiosk has fresh baked goods, drinks, newspapers and magazines.  The cozy holiday home with three rooms is located on a corner property with a large garden, not far from the reception with kiosk. All rooms are on the ground floor, living space about 48 m². Due to the loving design with warm colors and natural materials such as wooden beams/wooden panels, a harmonious ambience is created. Features: one bedroom with a floating double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), windows with shutters. A spacious sliding door wardrobe and an Internet-enabled TV a bedroom/children's room with a single bed and a bunk bed accessible via a ladder, windows with shutters. The bright living room with access to the terrace is comfortably furnished, a comfortable corner couch set invites you to cozy TV and game evenings. The TV meets the latest standards (internet-enabled). Radio/CD player and a DVD player are available. The light-flooded kitchen area is equipped with a modern kitchenette: electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, conventional coffee and pad machine, kettle, toaster, knife block, etc., a table with two benches for up to 4 people. For our little holiday guests, we have a high chair ready. The daylight bathroom has a shower and toilet, bath stool, mirror and cosmetic mirror, hairdryer. Windows with shutters. In the green outdoor area/terrace you will find a large table with four chairs incl. cushions, as well as a bench; in addition, garden loungers, a parasol and a barbecue. In the separate storage room, there are a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, a children's travel cot, toilet attachment, as well as a wooden sled and much more. The house is a non-smoking house.
