Our guests are welcome to enjoy all of the community amenities, but the community spaces are shared. Other things to note ⭐️Minimum age to book is 25 ⭐️ Keyfob replacement fee $200 ⭐️Parking pass replacement fee is $150 ⭐️Since the amenities are managed by the community, we are not responsible for pool and/or gym closures. ⭐️Please do not disturb the leasing office staff. Violation will result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. We do allow pets under 40lbs and the pet fee is $100 for the 1st pet & $75 for the 2nd with a 2 pet max. ⭐️Pets are not allowed on furniture If excessive pet hair is found on furniture at checkout, an additional $200 fee will be charged.
