Its proximity to the most famous Adriatic coast, the wonderful village of San Leo and the ancient Republic of San Marino, allows its guests a relaxing stay with the possibility of visiting some of the most important tourist, historical and cultural centers of Romagna. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa, easily accessible from the street in front, where you can park your car. The accommodation, comfortable and welcoming for a family or a group of six people, equipped with an independent heating system, consists of a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a full kitchen and a hallway that gives access to two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a tub and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room, you can directly access the terrace porch, for exclusive use and equipped with a table for breakfasts, lunches or dinners outdoors, with panoramic views of the Marecchia river valley. For those who need to work remotely, and more, we have fiber optic internet access with a nominal bandwidth of up to 500 Mbps. Guest access The apartment and the porch with terrace are at guests' complete and exclusive disposal. Access is on the street level and takes place, once past the garden gate, through a first common entrance door with the apartment located on the upper floor and a second door, equipped with a lock, from which you access the apartment on the ground floor.
