Our home has 2 spacious primary bedroom suites each with an attached full bathroom. 4 miles to FIFA World Cup The space This house is flooded with natural sunlight and has a mid-century modern interior with wood flooring. The open concept layout of the main floor is complete with dining for six, a 60” smart TV and a dedicated workspace. The kitchen features a breakfast bar seating for two, a Keurig coffee machine, and many kitchen essentials. The private backyard is accessed off the kitchen with a grill and outdoor dining table. You’ll love the ambient overhead string lighting for enjoying dinner or a glass of wine when the sun goes down! The two primary bedrooms each feature a Casper king bed for a comfortable night’s sleep. Both bedrooms have an attached full bath and ample closet space if you are visiting for an extended stay. This space is sure to be an amazing getaway! If you are traveling with a baby, please let us know. Our home has a pack n play, high chair and baby bath available for your convenience. The backyard has seating and while close to the neighbors, is quite private! The house is blocks from the entrance to the Atlanta Beltline. The Beltline trail is perfect for an early morning jog, an evening walk to grab dinner and drinks at a local restaurant, or a ride on any of the app-based scooters available along the route. Fantastic location for exploring Atlanta's hippest restaurants, coffee shops and breweries - Krog Street & Ponce City Markets, Breaker Breaker, Muchacho, and Three Taverns Imaginarium Brewery. Walking distance to concerts at The Eastern! Guest access Guests will have access to the washer and dryer during their stay. Guests will also have access to the driveway and a lovely fenced backyard. Driveway has space for one parked car. There is no alarm system. Your reservation includes one bath towel per person and one washcloth per person. Make sure that all guests are on the reservation so that everybody gets a towel. Other things to note *Guest may not use the property for any purpose other than that of a private residential stay by the specified number of guests indicated in the guest's reservation. Additional guests are prohibited unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the host. The guest and those in the guest's party shall not engage in any activity that may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the occupants of nearby homes. The host reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation if the number of people at the property exceeds the limits provided for herein. *After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address. *It is important to note we have security cameras on the exterior of the house which are integrated in the smart lock. *The home has one small smart TVs in the living room. *Both bedrooms are located upstairs. *Parties and events are not allowed. *Please be kind to our white sheets and towels. We prefer not to have to replace linens after your stay. If replacement is required, we'll let you know the cost so you can reimburse us. *New HVAC unit installed August 2023. *Back deck repainted in summer 2024 - it is now a beautiful dark brown.
