Land closed by an automatic gate Pool with fully equipped summer kitchen (oven, dishwasher, gas pizza oven, plancha, etc.) A person will come by every 2 days to maintain the pool. Watering is automatic. Other things to note There are 4 cameras outside the house. 1 on the pool which can be deactivated 1 side gate 1 driveway side 1 garden side
