Enjoy our completely renovated back yard and deck equipped with a wood pellet grill and 18-ft above ground pool. Our office serves as a workout room equipped with a peloton bike AND a spare bedroom with pull-out couch bed. If anyone feels exhausted from all of the drink.... golfing, they can enjoy the Masters on a 75-inch TV. The house is open concept with a living room that rolls right into the kitchen. The deck and back yard are accessible through the door in the kitchen and you can easily watch TV from the deck while enjoying the renovated backyard. Down the hallway you will see the laundry room and full bathroom on the left and both guest bedrooms on the right side of the hall. The master bedroom is the last door on the left with its own private bathroom. You can park on the street or in the driveway! Plenty of street parking. Park in the driveway at your own risk. We don’t recommend any cars or mini vans parking in the driveway as it’s very steep and your car may scrape pulling in. We recommend Speedy Cab of Augusta. Ride share options are available as well. It’s going to be a busy week so we highly recommend scheduling all rides ahead of time. Our home is 15-20 minutes from the Magnolia Drive. We recommend Speedy Cab of Augusta.
