Enjoy the best of both worlds by being immersed in nature on a quiet residential street, while being within 5 mins walking to the beach and under 10 mins to the center of town. This is the perfect retreat for a small family or for digital nomads looking for a peaceful change of scenery. The condo comes fully furnished and boasts 200 mbps Wifi and a washer/dryer. The space Enjoy your morning coffee or take in the beautiful Tamarindo sunset from one of two private balconies overlooking the pool. The condo has a comfortable living room with a TV, ceiling fan and AC unit, along with a half bathroom. The newly renovated kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a water filter. There is also a dining table with seating for 5, that doubles as a peaceful workspace. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, each with recently updated en-suite bathrooms, with full showers, a ceiling fan and AC unit. The master has a king bed and a small, private balcony, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. We also provide umbrellas for the occasional rain, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. The complex has two beautiful pool areas with an outdoor shower and a common space for eating. The complex is also gated and has 24 hour security cameras to ensure guests' safety and comfort. 1 dog under 30 lbs is allowed for a $25 nightly fee and a refundable deposit as follows (based on length of stay): - Up to 1 week: $250 - 1 week to 1 month: $500 Any dogs above 30 lbs may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, with additional cleaning fee or deposit that will be communicated upon approval. Guest access Casita Lalita is in a very central location - ~500meters/5 mins walking to the beach and ~10 minutes walking to the most central part of town. You can reach most places within a 15 minute walk. There is no designated parking for this condo. There are parking spots outside of the complex, which if full, will require you to parallel park along the dirt road. Other things to note Casita Lalita is located on the 3rd floor, accessible only by 3 flights of stairs - there is no elevator. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the condo (up 1 flight of stairs), so this may not be a good fit for anyone who is unable to climb stairs. Additionally, please note that this condo complex is run as part of an HOA and that I do not have control over cleanliness of the pool or the surrounding area.
