The space You will love this beautiful mountain retreat with fully stocked kitchen, 3 smart TV’s and new bedding and linens. This home can sleep 12 people, plus and infant. This rustic mountain home in the trees allows you to be surrounded by the beauty of Colorado while enjoying all of our amenities. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a 1/2 acre lot where you will have plenty of privacy. Sip your coffee on the back steps while watching the wildlife, who have a regular migration path through the lot. Enjoy lounging and eating out on the huge upper deck surrounded by pine trees and aspen, featuring an outdoor living space and dining table with chairs for 6. Enjoy your private, 6 person hot tub after a long day out. There is also a propane fire pit to enjoy. Kids will love the playhouse shed with toy kitchen, table, chairs and slide located in the brown shed in the corner of the yard. This home has everything you could want for the perfect Colorado getaway! Inside you will love the fully stocked kitchen and pantry with a coffee maker, and a welcome basket full of brochures for area recommendations and sites. The great room with vaulted ceilings includes the kitchen, bar seating (seats 3), dining area ( seats 7), living room with cozy leather furniture and large smart TV and free WIFI. Guests are welcome to enjoy an assortment of provided books, games and puzzles. Also on the upper (main) level you will find the Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, King bed, smart TV, eliptical and private bathroom with walk in shower. A pac ‘n play with sheets, baby monitor and baby gate is also provided for your convenience and is located in this closet. The 2nd bedroom provides another private space with a queen bed and is located next to the main bathroom and features a shower/bathtub combo. Across the hall is the perfect space for kids who want to camp out together. This bedroom provides a double top and double bottom bunk bed with a stow away twin trundle bed (sleeps 4 adults or 5 kids, only 1 adult on top bunk, please). Here there are plenty of toys and books for all ages. The lower level of the home has a large family room with a foosball table. This common area also has a double Murphy bed which sleeps two and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Enjoy family movie night in front of the large smart TV and DVD player. The third bathroom with walk-in shower is adjacent to the family room. Each bathroom provides a hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, towels, and basic hygiene products in case you forget anything. For your convenience we also offer a large laundry room with an extra large capacity washer and dryer. Here you will also find the full size ironing board/iron. There is an attached garage (main garage cannot be used for parking) where bagged trash can be left in the barrels and garage may also be used to store bikes, outside gear or extra luggage. Here you will also find the combination poker/game and bumper pool table with seating for 5. We also have a carport for those needing a covered parking spot. There is enough room in the driveway/carport for up to 5 vehicles, but no street parking is allowed. We are located just 2.5 miles from downtown Woodland Park, 5 min. to Charis, 15 minutes from The North Pole and 25 min. to Garden of the Gods & Colorado Springs and 45 min. to the Air Force Academy. For skiers, we are an easy hour and 45 min. drive to Breckenridge on well maintained roads. We know you will love the amenities, location and value of this vacation spot and we hope to be your home away from home! *A propane fire pit, grill and 2 propane tanks are provided. Guests are welcome to purchase propane from a local seller based on projected use. *Due to severe family allergies, we do not allow pets of any kind. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any unauthorized pets or smoking. Guests should be aware that the home security systems monitors for smoke and smoking inside and near the home (no cameras or sound). Our security system records the exterior entry ways of the home. This is for liability and safety purposes and to ensure there are no unauthorized guests, pets, or events on property. There are no other recording devices used. *Do not book if you are looking for a party house. We want to always show respect to our neighbors and we take noise complaints seriously. Our neighbors will contact us night or day if there is excessive noise, pets, loud music or parties. Quiet hours are 8 PM-8 AM *Check-in is between 4 PM-11 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM sharp! We are unable to offer late check-outs as we have a pre-scheduled cleaning company and we have to be ready for our next guests. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. *Base price is for 4 people. $25 per person, per day is the extra guest fee. ALL guests, including children must be listed on the reservation. *Shoes must always be removed upon entry. *We provide enough toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, soaps, etc. to get your vacation started. You will find several nearby grocery store options should you run out of anything. *Guests who book are legally agreeing to follow all hot tub rules, guests assume all safety risks associated with using a hot tub and agree to not hold the Host liable. Children should never be left unattended in the hot tub area and only potty trained children should have adult supervised access. Guests agree to shower before using hot tub and to not wear any makeup, lotions, oils or hair care products into the hot tub. * Guests are not to use the wood burning stoves. *Snow Removal will be provided when there is 6 inches or more in accumulation. Guests are welcome to use the provided snow shovels to clear the walkway and driveway if needed. When booking, guests are agreeing to not hold Hosts liable for the hazards of snow and ice. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property with no shared spaces. There is a carport for parking. Main garage door does not open but garage maybe used by guests to store bikes, luggage, etc. Other things to note No unauthorized guests allowed on property. Children should never be left unattended on property or in hot tub. Guest agrees to use hot tub at their own risk and agrees not to host liable for any accidents. Snow removal service will be provided when there is 6 inches or more in accumulation. Guests may access the provided snow shovels to use when there is less accumulation along the walkway and driveway. When book guests agree to not hold host liable for the hazards of snow or ice.
