This newly built, rustic vacation home is available for booking for the first time during the 2017 summer season. The name Goldberg-Hittn is derived from the so-called “Goldberge” (Gold Mountains), which are located at the head of the Bucheben Valley. This cozy house is situated in a completely quiet location right on Alte Buchebenstraße (cycling and hiking trail No. 28). From here, you can enjoy many hikes, walks, or bike rides. Only high-quality materials were used in the construction of the vacation home. To give the house its desired special charm, plenty of reclaimed wood and natural stone were used. Vacation home with separate toilet and bath/shower; sleeps 4: The first floor features a spacious living and dining area, a double bedroom, a storage room, and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped On the upper floor, there are three cozy double bedrooms, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom. Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom with an infrared sauna and a separate toilet.  Utility costs based on consumption—electricity is metered and billed at the end of the rental period. Electricity rate: 0.40 € per kW/h. We charge 10,--€ per dog per night. In front of the vacation home, you’ll find a large fenced-in garden with a spacious terrace. Here you can enjoy barbecue evenings or simply take in the beautiful nature and tranquility. A carport provides covered parking right on the property. On-site fees: Pet surcharge: €10 per night per pet. Electricity is billed separately based on usage: €0.40 per kW/h. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
