Completely renovated villa in 2023 - Ideally located on the Golf de Pont Royal estate - Heated Piscine - House fully air-conditioned - Outdoor lighting and pool - Private parking + garage - 3 bedrooms with dressing room including 1 master suite with shower - Bathroom - 2 WC - Large terrace with garden furniture - BBQ - Dishwasher - Washing machine - cable TV - Wifi internet access (Interior and terrace) - Household linen provided - Outdoor maintenance and pool Other things to note GENERAL CONDITIONS This document is intended to inform the customer about the rental conditions of the villas of the Golf de Pont Royal held by the company Pont Royal Immo TL. It is intended to inform guests of the terms and conditions to be followed during their rental. The customer acknowledges having read it and undertakes to respect them. Article 1: Check-in hours are normally scheduled on Saturday afternoons between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Departure times are normally scheduled on Saturday mornings before 10 a.m. Article 2: Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in "a good family man" and to maintain them. All the facilities are in working order and any claim concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after entering into possession of the premises, cannot be admitted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental, will be the responsibility of the lessee and be withheld from the security deposit. Obligation to ensure that the peace and quiet of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee, his family or his friends. Article 3: The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, sheets, duvets and pillows. If applicable, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee upon departure, the price of the barbecue cleaning (€50) and kitchen appliances (€60), the total value at the replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped or damaged objects, equipment or furniture and those whose wear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the cleaning price of the duvets made dirty, compensation for damage of any kind concerning curtains, wallpapers, ceilings, carpets, carpets, windows, bedding, etc. Article 4: The customer undertakes to insure against rental risks (fire, water damage). Failure to insure, in the event of a claim, will result in damages. He declares to be in possession of insurance covering rental risks of the resort type with his insurance company for the rental period. The lessee has the obligation to report to the emergency landlord, within 24 hours at the latest, any incident in the accommodation, its outbuildings or accessories. Article 5: The lessee may not object to a visit of the premises, during their stay, when the landlord or their representative so requests. Article 6: For reasons of allergies, the house is totally non-smoking inside, and our friends pets, even small, are not allowed. Article 7: In order to avoid any accident by drowning, the pools are equipped according to the type of villa, at least with a safety device in accordance with the French standard NF P 90-308(shutter) or NF P 90-307(alarm). It is the tenant's responsibility to systematically activate these safety devices outside of swimming. This will never replace physical supervision from tenants, with regard to their children, those of their friends, visitors. Even at the request of the tenant, the alarm will never be deactivated by the pool attendant. If these guidelines are not complied with, the owners or their agent cannot be held liable in any form whatsoever. Article 8: The possibility of smoking outdoors engages tenants with respect to returning the environment of the house without any butts.
