This space I dedicated to my grandmother, and as such I decorated it in a style she would have loved. It is an ideal location for so much, it's within walking distance of some nightlife, stores, a movie theater and rec center. - NO CLEANING FEES** NOTE: this is part of an up / down duplex and as such sound transfers. We have quiet hours and request guests show respect, but it is not perfect. The space This Old House was built in 1897 and is a completely remodeled duplex with both spaces being available to rent. As with the Entertainment Suite, the spacious Lofty suite is in an ideal location, within walking distance of many Massillon treasures (see neighborhood details). It also offers treasures of its own, being tastefully decorated with a bit of old world charm. Immediately upon entry you will climb a flight of steps to access the suite, which includes one bedroom with a Queen bed and a bunk bed (lower bed is Full sized and upper bed is Twin). Then you enter the living room to access the kitchen, bath and Washer / Dryer. We hope to host you soon! Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs apartment. Other things to note **If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to the guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered "standard".
