One of the rooms has direct access to the balcony, and another, larger, has two windows and incredible views of all of Paris! The living room has a sofa bed and we have a double mattress that we can lay on the extra floor. The apartment is fully equipped: washing machine, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, etc. It is very spacious, modern and very quiet (you can't hear the neighbors!). It is located in a lively district of Paris, at the foot of the metro and with two Vélib terminals nearby. Many shops are nearby (Monoprix, Naturalia, bakery, etc.), restaurants and bars! Less than 5 minutes from the Canal de l 'Ourcq and 10 minutes from La Villette, the apartment is ideally placed for walking or jogging! A parking space is available.
