Enjoying rural views, this mid terraced cottage is split over two levels. The ground floor comprises of a spacious sitting room with Victorian cast iron gas fireplace, and benefits from luxurious comfortable seating, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring oak flooring, beamed ceiling and dining area seating four guests. Upstairs, two delightful bedrooms are presented; a master bedroom with super king size zip-and-link bed (that can be converted into twin beds on request), with a double bed hosted in bedroom two. Both of these bedrooms are accompanied by a Jack and Jill en suite bathroom - ideal for a quiet night of rest. For those who like to explore on two wheels, secure bike storage is available. Bellerby is a quiet village with countryside walks and surrounded by wonderful places to explore, never far away. Close to the bustling market town of Leyburn, 'gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park', also known for its independent shops and eateries. Richmond is also just a short drive away and well worth exploring at your leisure. Additional Information: Two small, well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Children welcome. This property is unable to accommodation infants under two years old. Babe in arms under six months old is welcome in own Moses basket. Pillows and duvets in the winter months are feather and down. Guest access Ground Floor: Entrance hallway leading to Sitting room With Victorian cast iron fireplace with gas fire, Smart television, digital radio and comfortable seating. Kitchen/dining room With electric induction hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, granite worktops and dining table with seating for four guests (one step down from the back door leads to the rear patio area). First Floor: Master bedroom With a 6' super-king size bed (converts to twin 3' singles on request), fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, ottoman and Tassimo coffee machine. Two steps down leading to En-suite Jack and Jill bathroom With a P-shaped bath with shower overhead, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two With a 4'6 double bed, armoire and Tassimo coffee machine. Outside: Rear outside utility area with washing machine and dryer. Delightful south-facing patio area to the front of the property with garden bench (two further patio chairs are kept under the stairs should you need them). Bike store in small shed 30 metres away from the cottage. Parking at the front of the cottage on a first come first served basis and additional free off-road parking on the gravelled area opposite the cottage.
