The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Relax with complimentary coffee and tea and snacks while streaming shows from multiple smart TVs. Fun for the whole family awaits inside the garage with a game room! Play pool, foosball, ping pong, indoor basketball, corn hole, and darts. This space is not heated or cooled. There is a community pool, basketball court, and playground a block away. The community pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Just a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. This home is relaxing and truly a gem. House Rules and Important Notices: Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 9 pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay happy about our rental services. Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. No smoking of any kind is allowed within this home (including the garage) and any report of or violation of our smoking policy will result in a fine of $400.
