This 12 month old property offers a seamless fusion of indoor-outdoor contemporary living. This coastal haven is fully furnished (with new furniture) throughout and has a new BBQ and great outdoor area for you to enjoy. Please be aware we do not rent to schoolies or anyone under the age of 25. A copy of your drivers license or passport is required by guests staying at the property for security reasons. MIN 7 NIGHT STAY MID DEC – END OF JAN, MIN 3 NIGHT STAY FOR EASTER, LONG WEEKENDS, SCHOOL HOLIDAYS & MIN 2 NIGHT STAY ALL OTHER TIMES. STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
