Head on over to the community tennis and basketball courts to shoot some hoops or serve up a good time. Got a kayak? Bring it! Our community provides a rack for storage. Enjoy the quiet community of North Topsail Beach while only being about 20 mins away from the hustle and bustle of Surf City. This is also a first floor unit with only about 4-5 steps to get to the front door.
