Snowbirds Paradise-walk to the beach

Newly remodeled three bedroom, two bath home located just a mile from the beach on a quiet cul de sac. Featuring a large screened in pool with jacuzzi overlooking a quiet canal. Master bedroom, en suite separated from the other guest bedrooms. There are two king beds and a twin over full sized double bunk bed. Every bedroom has a TV. High Speed internet. A large sofa in the living room holds plenty of family to gather and watch a film. Enjoy close proximity to restaurants. The space This home is listed to accommodate up to six (6) guests. The six guests include children. No additional overnight guests that are not originally accounted for are permitted. Please provide details about yourself that allow us to easily accept your booking. This includes: 1) the actual number of guests and ages of those traveling with you, 2) where guest are traveling from, 3) any rental/travel history information, and any other information about yourself and your guests that are visiting. Remember, this is our vacation home and we will be selective about who we allow to rent it. Guest access Amenities include a ping pong table, bikes (6 total), two fishing rods, a gas grill (propane may need to be filled at guest expense) one beach umbrella and four beach chairs are provided for guests, as well as beach towels. Other things to note I’m regards to connectivity, we have 600mbps down and over 20 up, 5ghtz connection throughout the house. The pool and hot tub can be heated upon request for an additional cost of $20 per night from April 1 - December 17. Pool and hot tub heating is included on stays from December 18-March 31. Marco Island is very family friendly. The house is on a cul de sac with little to no car traffic. It’s a pretty small island so you can bike most anywhere. The nearest public beach access is off Maple Ave/Madeira Condo located about 1.1 miles from the home. No waves and plenty of sand bars with nearby islands to explore and shelling. There is a coffee maker and kettle at the home for your use.
