Newly renovated 4-bedroom home located in a culturally diverse urban neighborhood. It is centrally located for easy access to everything. Only a few miles from Cedar Point. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and a private backyard with a privacy fence. Other things to note We would like to inform you that our short-term rental property has two staircases, one of which is steep and could pose a safety risk to children. It is important to take extra care when using this staircase, especially if you are traveling with young children. Furthermore, we do not currently have any child safety gates for either staircase. We recommend that you take extra precautions and closely supervise your children when using the staircase. We also suggest that you bring your own child safety gate or other safety equipment, if necessary, to ensure the safety of your children. 🚭 SMOKING 🚭 Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. however, we have a designated smoking area on the back porch. there is a cigarette butt disposal bolted on to the post for your convenience. Just FYI The property is equipped with smart smoke sensors that alert us immediately at the first sign of smoke. These sensors are designed to distinguish between normal cooking smoke and cigarette or marijuana smoke. If there is evidence of smoking inside the home, a minimum $200 fee will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests. Check-Out Instructions Since we don’t charge a cleaning fee, we simply ask guests to help with a few small things before departure. We like to share this upfront so there are no surprises at checkout. - Please wash and put away any dishes or cooking utensils you used. - Start a load of used towels in the washing machine. - Take any food with you or dispose of it before leaving. - Adjust the thermostat to 60°F for heat or 75°F for A/C, lock all doors and windows, and turn off the lights on your way out. our property has 2 security cameras outside. one over looking the front door and one in the parking area. Note: We only provide a starter pack of toiletries, paper towels, and trash bags. Typically enough for an average size family to last 3-4 days. If you run out, please supply your own as needed. 🚮 Trash pick up is in Wednesday morning: - Please note that our garbage service comes to pick up trash once per week. with that said, although it's rare, there is a possibility that the outside garbage bin may already be full upon your arrival. We're still working on a solution for this, but in the meantime If if you run into this situation feel free just to set your full bags on the back porch until either the garbage guy comes to empty the bin or the end of your reservation, Don't you ever comes first. Thank you for choosing our property for your stay. Other Things to Note: While our close proximity to the lake offers many wonderful benefits, it also brings a few unique challenges. You might encounter some bugs not commonly found inland, such as Mayflies, midges, black-biting flies, and a few types of spiders. Rest assured, none of these insects are harmful to humans. However, please be aware that they may be present during your stay, particularly Mayflies and midges, which are more prevalent during May, June, and July.
