Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and a private backyard with a privacy fence. Other things to note We would like to inform you that our short-term rental property has two staircases, one of which is steep and could pose a safety risk to children. It is important to take extra care when using this staircase, especially if you are traveling with young children. Furthermore, we do not currently have any child safety gates for either staircase. We recommend that you take extra precautions and closely supervise your children when using the staircase. We also suggest that you bring your own child safety gate or other safety equipment, if necessary, to ensure the safety of your children. our property has 2 security cameras outside. one over looking the front door and one in the parking area. Note: We only provide a starter pack of toiletries, paper towels, and trash bags. Typically enough for an average size family to last 3-4 days. If you run out, please supply your own as needed. Thank you for choosing our property for your stay. Other Things to Note: While our close proximity to the lake offers many wonderful benefits, it also brings a few unique challenges. You might encounter some bugs not commonly found inland, such as Mayflies, midges, black-biting flies, and a few types of spiders. Rest assured, none of these insects are harmful to humans. However, please be aware that they may be present during your stay, particularly Mayflies and midges, which are more prevalent during May, June, and July.
