Step directly into the bright living room with flat screen T.V., board games, a couch with two love seats. Both the living room and bedroom are separated by a hallway that the gorgeous bathroom is located on, giving each room their own privacy. The bedroom has a desk perfect for working on your laptop! The kitchen with gas stove and full sized refrigerator is located in the back of the apartment with a private porch attached, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Just down the porch is the bright brick shared courtyard and outdoor gourmet Viking grill. You have access to the outdoor shower and free laundry room in the garage also! Guest access Access to entire apartment and private porch, shared front porch, shared courtyard with high end grill and outdoor shower, and shared laundry room.
