With modern and very comfortable furniture. It has a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and complete sets of dishes, cutlery and glasses. (Our house does not have a stove) We welcome long-term stays. Long-term stays require bi-weekly cleaning, which may require additional cleaning fees. Guest access The house has a gate and private patio that is shared with another house on the ground floor. It has private access to the upper floor. The house has a digital lock to take advantage of self check-in. Other things to note - No smoking - PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome (under 40 pounds), but we require pre-approval and a $130 fee per pet plus a $150 per pet deposit. (2 pets max). - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Must be at least 22 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
