The space Bright and warm 1000-sqf interior greets you as soon as you walk through the split level entry way in this newly constructed coach house. The living, dining and kitchen area opens to a private patio with a BBQ grill. The living room and the bedroom on the main level each has a 50" and 43" TV. The main floor bathroom comes with a full-sized shower. At the top of the stairway on the second floor is a laundry area with Blomberg washer and dryer. The upstairs bedroom and the flex room both have gabled ceilings and the bathroom in between them offers a tub-shower combo. Guest access Your entrance is through the laneway gate. The private drive way offers worry-free parking right in front of the house. Other things to note Your home away from home will be readied for you after a complete cleaning. A fresh, new set of towels will be provided for each guest and you’re welcome to take the new towels home with you. A quick, complimentary monthly cleaning service will also be offered to guests staying for more than 6 weeks. It includes vacuuming and cleaning of all the floors and countertops, which guests with a dog may find especially helpful. A rental contract is required.
