Whitetail Cottage

This small private cabin is located 1 mile from the Ohio River at Derby, IN. It is nestled on 68 acres in a very private park like setting. Enjoy the stocked pond and nature from the covered porch or the hot tub. Go for a hike in the woods and possibly see some of the wildlife or walk down onto your dock from the deck to do some fishing or swimming. There is a paddle boat available to use as well. Gas grill is on the deck with table and chairs. No hunting is allowed at the property. The space This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath open living space cabin. Very private, quiet and relaxed setting. Amazing views from the back porch that overlooks the pond. The Cabin is fully furnished with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap. You will need to bring your own groceries and toiletries. This cabin is heated by an indoor wood burner and we leave space heaters if you need them. It is cooled by a/c window units in the bedrooms. There is a TV and DVD player, but there is no cable/satellite and no WiFi at this cabin. There is cell phone service. Guest access Please contact us before your stay and we'll give you the check in instructions. Other things to note PET FEE- $100 per stay and only includes 2 pets. Any more than 2 pets are only allowed with Owner approval and additional fees. Please contact us with questions or concerns. Dishes must be washed and soiled bedding removed and placed by bathroom door before checking out. There is no hunting on the property. Holidays are a 3 night minimum. We operate on Central Standard Time. Check in 3pm checkout 10am.
