Though the cottage is small in sq footage it's so much larger in person. Both bdrms provide a queen size bed with ample space. Perfect weekend getaway. Located on the Fox River with miles of boatable water. Minutes to downtown St. Charles and Geneva, Walking/paths, Restaurants and Shopping. 5 mi to Lamplight Equestrian Center. Guest access Guests will have access to whole house. Other things to note During the warm weather this area on the river does experience a ton of “River Bugs” gnat like annoying little bugs. It is our recommendation to turn lights off outside if you choose to sit on back patio. They are very much attracted to light. We have provided bug spray above refrigerator, for mosquitoes. Spray doesn’t work for river bugs.
