The cottage is located within just 300 yards of the harbour town of Padstow in North Cornwall with a great variety of amenities, restaurants and shops and various activities for all the family. The coastline surrounding Padstow has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and many of Cornwall's finest bays are within a five mile radius - which are popular with walkers and bird watchers. Log Burner and french doors to the patio garden. The Dining Area has table and chairs for 6, high-chair and fridge/freezer with window to the front of the property. Stairs to the first floor. Bedroom 1 - king-size bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 - twin room with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers. Family bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over. Outside: To the Rear - Secluded patio garden with garden table and furniture. To the Front - Large allocated parking space to front of property. Bedding: Bed linen and towels included.
