Stunning 2 bed gite, shared pool, village location

Originally a barn, l'Olivier is a beautifully converted, detached gite, with it's own private garden area. It sits amongst trees on the edge of the charming village of Crazannes, just a 5 minute walk from the River Charente. The nearest town is Saintes which as well as offering many places to visit with its Roman Heritage, has all your shopping needs. The small town of St Savinien is just a 5min drive and has a number of restuarants and a supermarket. The space This is a single storey property with large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a shower room. The property has it's own private garden area with patio, table and chairs and a barbecue. It is possible to park outside the gite. This attractive, comfortable and very well equipped gite is ideal for family holidays with everything you would need for a young family. Or this peaceful setting is ideal for a quiet get away. Spend the day by the pool or relaxing in the garden. Or visit one of the many beaches most of which are just a 35 minute drive. Guest access The gite is set in a large tree filled garden. Some areas are shared with our other gite, such as the play area with swings and the securely fenced pool. There is a private garden area for each gite, with barbecue. There is parking outside the gite. Other things to note We do not currently provide bed linen or towels. All beds have duvets, there are 2 small double beds and 3 singles and there are 2 square pillows (65cm x 65cm) per adult. All mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are provided. Please note that all stays September to May heating is not included in the price and is paid at cost in euros on departure.
