Wow, ideally situated next to the beautiful Sangre De Cristo Mountain range with access to National Forest, five 14rs , a dozen 13rs, 120 mile long Rainbow Trail, and Commanche/Venerable Trailhead only 1/2 mile away! Home is a mountain log theme, many amenities, stunning views, and perfect for all occasions. For fishing, Lake Deweese is 13 miles from house on paved road; mt. lakes, Arkansas River is 40 minutes & 32 miles. Royal Gorge is 70 minutes and 55 miles. The space Also a Hunters Paradise! Mountain log home in the trees by national forest. Easily accessed off a largely asphalt paved County maintained road with hiking trails abundant, lots of sunshine, large deck with barbeque grill, porch swing, outdoor basketball and horseshoes, patio furniture, two gas fireplaces, several TV's including newer high definition 55" flat screen TV, videos, privacy in trees, and Alpine Restaurant and Bar only 1/2 mile way. Guest access Essentially, entire fully equipped home except garage and lower level basement storage is excluded. Sorry, no hot tub Other things to note It is understood that you the guest agree not to use the premises for any activities or purposes that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation or to engage in any illegal activity while on property – such use or activity will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all fees. No fires or fire pit on property as it is located nearly adjacent to national forest. Also, no ATV's, motorcycles, pets, drugs, or smoking on the property. Property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies, Guests should be aware that there is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are provided by Host. Please do not remove towels, linens, or any other items from the house. Please keep all furniture and items in their original place; place all trash and food outside the house in the approved containers noted The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Damages to Premises: Should guest, or guest's invitees, cause any damages to the premises, or contents thereof, that require repair or replacement, guest authorizes owner to apply such cost to cure out of the security deposit being held by host for the booking. All damages must be reported to the owner before check-out and upon vacating. Any missing or damaged property or inventory will be investigated and discussed rationally between both parties prior to any settlements and compensation arrangements. However, Guest acknowledges that they could ultimately be charged up to the full amount of the item replacement, the amounts required to conduct the necessary repairs, or if necessary to replace the missing items at full replacement value within 14 days. I do strive to make the guest experience a great and pleasant one. I want to correct any deferred maintenance if there is any ASAP. Hence, I cannot guarantee everything will be working properly 100% of the time. The house is ideally located along a county maintained gravel road in good condition (7 miles on asphalt paved road from Westcliffe, and last mile to house is on this county road). There is good internet reception/access at the house as well as cell phone service with typical cell providers. TV is Dish Network and free, however, guests are responsible for all paid channels.
