For up to 4 people, the holiday home on two floors and 68 m² offers two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden and, as a highlight, the Finnish sauna. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other with two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also on the ground floor: the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and Finnish sauna. On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside, seating and sun loungers on the balcony and terrace invite you to relax. A parasol and a charcoal grill complete the facilities. There is also a free parking space and a lockable bicycle shed at the house. Whether hot summer days, mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its high-quality furnishings and a natural environment in every season. From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea. WiFi is available throughout the house via fiber optic connection with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s. The Wendtorf Marina is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, but this has already largely been completed. The adventure promenade directly at the harbor was recently opened. The "Ahoi - Steffen Henssler" restaurant now takes care of your physical well-being and you can find delicious refreshments in the neighboring ice cream parlor. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
