IMPORTANT to note that the bedroom faces the inner street. The Pearl Garden, New Haven, was built in 1892. The design pays homage to the area’s rich history as a prominent oyster port and leans on natural materials, layered textures, and vintage objects to deliver a clean and modern aesthetic, creating a beautiful tension between the old, and the new. We are on a tree-lined residential historic block, 2 minutes from the Quinnipiac River, rooms have high ceilings, and we have a sunroom-- for use during the Spring and Summer months. The Pearl Garden, NH has a Chef's kitchen, fast Wifi, Toto Bidet toilet, rain shower, seating for 6 on our massive dining table, and extra seating for 4 in our breakfast nook. Staying for a week or more, we can make our washer (in the basement) available for a small fee. There are opportunities to Kayak, sail, cycle, bird watch, jog, fish, or for lunch.
