Space we are renting is a basement apt in our home with its own private entrance and divided by secure door from upstairs. Two bedrooms with separate living room and kitchenette. Walkout to a park like setting on our secluded country setting close to Jay Cook State Park, hiking and biking trails only 20 minutes to Duluth. Basement needs no air conditioning stays cool and comfortable during hottest days of summer. 3 full/double size beds and a very comfortable couch. The space Approximately 1500 sq ft in this 2 bedrooms, one with 2 full/double beds. Master bedroom has single full/double bed. apt. Includes living room with couch and comfortable seating to watch Satellite TV. Kitchenet with refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave and 2 burner cook surface. Complete dishes and cookware. Water cooler filled from artesian well. full bath. Cable TV and Wi-Fi Guest access Access to entire basement space from private walkout entrance.
