You will live in a small settlement with a rural character on a hillside. Our apartment is an ideal base for motorcycle tours and hikes to the Erzgebirge, as well as tours to Chemnitz, Leipzig and Dresden. The apartment is also suitable for longer stays for study, training, internships, legal clerkships, etc. in single occupancy. The apartment is on the ground floor of our semi-detached house and has a separate entrance. There is also an extra mailbox and a bell just for the apartment. The apartment includes a small kitchenette with cooking facilities, microwave, coffee pad machine, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, ironing board and an Internet radio as well as a seating area for two people. A small bathroom with shower, toilet and washing facilities is just as much a part of it as a living room and bedroom for two people. There is a smart TV here which is already connected to the Wi-Fi. In the living room, there is also an electric fireplace. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. For our guests, we have set up a small covered seating area with a grill right by the house. A parking space is right outside the door, which can be used. Bikers can park their motorcycles in the garage, right by the house, by arrangement. We are enthusiastic bikers and can show you the most beautiful corners in the Erzgebirge on the German and Bohemian side.
