With public beach access less than a half-mile away, this home is the perfect oceanside getaway for you and your loved ones. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Relax and make yourself comfortable by resting on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversations, or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. With seven beds and a sofa bed, there's more than enough room for everyone in the group or family reunion to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Fantastic views can be seen from every room in the house, adding to the tranquility of the place and the serene atmosphere. Watch breathtaking sunrises over the ocean and spectacular sunsets from the east and west-facing balconies to ensure you have a vacation you'll never forget. THINGS TO KNOW To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. Guest access You'll enter through the front door using an electronic deadbolt. When you arrive, enter your 10-digit access code - the Schlage button will flash green when ready. Wait 3 seconds for the mechanism to fully disengage, then rotate the deadbolt to unlock. If the light flashes red, press the Schlage button to reset and try again. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the system will lock for 30 seconds. Standard check-in is at 4pm; check-out is at 10am. To lock the door when you leave, press the Schlage button and turn the deadbolt toward the frame. Note that the side door from the entrance to the garage will lock automatically behind you. Other things to note You have river access directly behind the home, perfect for fishing or kayaking. In summer (May 1-September 30), you'll have access to outdoor patio furniture and a grill. Two TVs with Roku are available - one in the living room and one in the bunk room - and you can log in with your personal credentials to access free and paid apps. The home has central air and heat controlled by Nest thermostats (one on each floor). During winter, snow removal of the driveway and entrance is provided by a local service within 24 hours, and a snow shovel and ice melt are on hand. Weekly lawn care is provided by a local company. Southern Maine's coastal environment does bring seasonal insects - mosquitoes, black flies, ticks, sand fleas, spiders, and others depending on the time of year - so bring bug spray for outdoor activities.
