The space The Cipresso Castle - a magnificent, Tudor style mansion in Atlanta, 7000 sf of interior space on a 4 acre secured lot, facing a lake. Fenced and gated. Great as a vacation / health retreat, engagement, baby shower, or the perfect getaway. Ideal setting for a movie or music video production or photo shoot. Vintage. Luxury. For events and for groups larger than 10 people - ask me for the price before booking because the events and larger groups are generally priced at a different rate. Party and ticketed events are NOT allowed. Video and photo shoot starts at $190 / hr and up. Maximum of one night per booking. Longer stays need approval prior to booking. We do have folding chairs and tables for rent ($90 total rental fee), see the pictures. Chairs are 30, folding type. Tables dimensions are as follows: One rectangular 30"x 84" Two rectangular 30"x 64" One round 48" diam One round 30" diam, high table. Movie or music or photo productions cost additional fee, ask me for the fee. Base price for filming is $190 /hr and up. Filming without authorization or location release is not allowed and there are several exterior cameras at the property to catch unauthorized activities. Fines and legal actions may apply. Guest access entire home and 4 acres of secured private lot, fenced and gated. Other things to note Parties and ticketed events are not allowed. Movie, video music shoots start from $190/hr and up. Authorization to shoot media at the property is required prior booking or fines will apply. Several security cameras monitor the influx of people at the premises, please do not exceed the authorized number of guests. Fines will apply. 15 parking spaces available inside the property, parking outside by the gate is available but it is at your own risk. Do not park outside at those locations where there is a sign prohibiting parking. Use carpooling or Uber, be environment friendly.
