Other things to note The 3-room apartment is spread over the ground and basement floors. It was newly renovated and modernly equipped in April 2017. The spacious living and dining room offers plenty of space for the whole family and at the large dining table you can start the day with a breakfast together. From here you have direct access to the sun terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms. One on the ground floor, the other in the basement. Both are furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The kitchen offers everything needed for everyday needs. The spacious and completely newly renovated bathroom has a threshold-free shower. You can park your car in your private underground parking space and in the complex there is a laundry room available, which you can use for a fee.
